Consumer Health Data Notice

This notice is from Flourish With Laurin LLC, which operates Ask Laurin AI ("Ask Laurin"). It covers "consumer health data" under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law.
What we collect
Anything you write in chat about your physical or mental health, such as your mood, stress, sexual health, pregnancy, or medicines.
Where it comes from
It comes from you, when you type it into the chat.
Why we collect and use it
We use it to answer your questions, to spot crisis messages, and to check the quality of replies. We collect it only because it is needed to give you the service you asked for.
Who we share it with
We share it with the service providers that run Ask Laurin for us, such as hosting, data storage, and AI companies. They process it for us. Email us if you want a list of these companies. People on Laurin's team and our developer may also read it. We do not sell it.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we have your consumer health data, to see it, to get a list of everyone we shared it with, and to delete it. Email support@flourishwithlaurin.com from your sign-in email. We will reply within 45 days.
Appeals
If we say no to a request, reply with the word "Appeal." We will review it within 45 days. If we still say no, Washington residents can contact the Washington Attorney General at atg.wa.gov.
